Yes, I am an entrepreneur, female founder, business advisor and an activist for women and children’s rights.

But apart from the titles, it comes down to this. I love understanding and working the problem, making it align to the true essence of the goal, and ensuring a strategic plan is implemented properly.

Key previous activity:

• Chairwoman & Cofounder, Halebury (founded 2007). I spearheaded operational, structural and cultural change within the legal services profession through a visionary business model. In 2018 Halebury was acquired by Elevate, a global law company and I became the VP and Co-head of Elevate’s global flexible legal resourcing solution – launching in APAC, US and Europe. In 2020 I completed my exit from Elevate.

• Founding board member, #FreePeriods – created the legal strategy and team to launch the campaign for free menstrual products to children in England. Within one year of launching the campaign, the UK Government agreed to provide funds to provide free menstrual products to all Schools and Colleges in England. This has led to a domino effect around the world.

• Founding Committee member, Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. I supported the launch of a global mentoring platform. Advised on technical matters, strategic and marketing matters related to the programme. Post launch I continued to help with development and fundraising.
