We set up with nothing - no funding, no access to the market, no customers or team. It was a daily struggle.
However, after the first few years of scrambling, learning and testing, we realigned. We created a focused USP, redesigned our operating model and created a plan, which we implemented with precision.
Within in a matter of years, we were in what I call the matrix. In a blink of an eye, we grew from $0 to $20m, from a local UK firm to a global business, heading one of the largest legal consultancies in the world. After an acquisition we handed over the batten and exited.
